My active pay runs are empty

Your first pay run on Moonworkers will start as soon as you have one employee on the payroll for the current payroll.

You don't have any employees registered in the system

Add an employee from the my employee list page.

  1. Go to My Employees > employees list

  2. Click on add employees

You have one employee registered

It is very likely that their starting date is in the future. Check their starting date.

  1. Go to My Employees > employees list

  2. Select your employee from the list by clicking on view

  3. Go to Employment details

  4. Check their start date

You have several employees

Restart your payroll cycle.

  1. Go to Profile > settings > payroll > pay runs schedules

  2. Look for your active schedule

  3. Click on edit

  4. Click on save
