The below tutorial explains how to log in to the rota planner as a team manager after receiving an invite from your employer.

Note that you can only access the company dashboard from a laptop or tablet.

  1. Check for their email

  2. Click on the blue Call-to-action inviting you to join your employer

  3. Once on Moonworkers homepage, click on Sign up

  4. Enter your email, which can be the same as for accessing the employee portal

  5. Create a new password

  6. Click on Sign up

  7. Check your email box for an email from us inviting you to activate your account

  8. Click on Activate your account

  9. You are redirected to a splash screen

  10. Click on back to log in

  11. use your email and password combination

  12. Click on Sign in

  13. You're done
