Why can I not finalise my pay run?

You can't access the pay run finalisation in two situations.

Situation #1: You have shift workers' timesheets pending validation

  1. Go to Rota > timesheet summary

  2. Edit and approve pending timesheets

  3. You should receive a notification that your pay run is ready for finalisation

Situation #2: You have contractors or temps' timesheet pending validation

  1. Open the notification panel

  2. Click on examine

  3. Validate all the pending timesheets
