Go to Profile > Settings > Your company > User management
Click on "add member"
Add the email address they'll use to log in to Moonworkers
Select all the permissions you wish the new user to have
Click on Save
The new user will receive an email with a link to your dashboard.
They will be required to sign up first. Once done, they'll be able to access your dashboard after their first login.
